  1. The promoter is Tovan Ltd, Dane Valley Road, St Peters, Broadstairs, Kent CT10 3JJ, info@tovan.co.uk.
  2. The offer is £100 off the standard price for each indoor unit installed by Tovan, for installations completed on or before 31 March 2027. For example, a single room system with one indoor unit gets £100 off, and a two room system with two indoor units gets £200 off.
  3. This is a genuine time limited offer. It ends on 31 March 2027 and will not be extended. For installations completed from 1 April 2027 the standard price applies. The standard price is our price without the discount. For example, a single room installation advertised from £2,149 has a standard price from £2,249, and a two room shared system advertised from £3,449 has a standard price from £3,649.
  4. If you accepted your final quote and paid your deposit for an installation date on or before 31 March 2027, and your installation is completed later because of Tovan or its installer, or because of something outside your control, you will still get £100 off for each indoor unit. If you ask to move your installation to after 31 March 2027 for any other reason, we will tell you in writing the new total without the discount before the move is agreed. You can then keep a date on or before 31 March 2027, accept the new total in writing, or cancel and get back everything you have paid, including your deposit, within 14 days (section 7A of our Terms and Conditions).
  5. The discount is already taken off the prices we advertise and quote. It applies once to each indoor unit installed, and it is not taken off again on your invoice. Outdoor units, extras and servicing do not get a separate discount. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
  6. No VAT is charged while Tovan is not VAT registered. If Tovan registers for VAT, the discount is already included in the total price shown in your quote, and an accepted price will not go up because of our registration.
