Your right to cancel
You can cancel your contract with Tovan Ltd within 14 days without giving any reason. You can cancel from the day you accept your final quote until 14 days after the day the equipment comes into your physical possession, which is normally your installation day.
How to cancel
Tell us clearly that you want to cancel by email to info@tovan.co.uk, by phone on 07949 166501, or by post to Tovan Ltd, Dane Valley Road, St Peters, Broadstairs, Kent CT10 3JJ. You can use the cancellation form below, but you don't have to. You only need to send your message before the cancellation period ends.

Your refund
We will refund all payments you have made to us, including your deposit, within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling. We will use the same payment method you used, and we won't charge you a fee for the refund.
If you ask us to install during the cancellation period
Installation normally takes place during the cancellation period. We will only install inside it if you ask us to in writing (email is fine). If you then cancel, you will pay a proportionate amount for the installation work carried out up to the time you told us you were cancelling.
If the equipment has been installed
We will arrange for it to be removed at our cost, and we will make good the installation points. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in the equipment's value caused by handling it beyond what was needed to install it and check how it works.
Cancelling after the cancellation period
You can still cancel before installation by contacting us. We will refund what you have paid, less the reasonable costs we have actually incurred and can show you (for example, equipment that cannot be returned), within 14 days.
If we cancel
If our installation check shows the job isn't suitable, or we can't carry it out, we will refund everything you have paid within 14 days.
Your other rights
This policy does not affect your legal rights if anything is faulty or not as described.
